About the role
Responsibilities
- Technical and administrative management of Authorized Control Body (OCA) files
- Review of technical and administrative documentation related to inspection reports
- Organization and planning of inspections for the OCA inspector team in Castilla y León
- Processing documentation on Local and Regional Administration platforms
- Support in the preparation and management of technical budgets
- Document management and administrative follow-up with clients
- Administration and updating of client documentary platforms
- Daily coordination with inspectors and the administrative team
Requirements
- Higher Vocational Training (Grado Superior), preferably in Administration or technical areas
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an OCA or inspection/engineering company
- Proficiency in office tools and document management platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high organization and precision
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical and administrative OCA file management
- Knowledge of administrative procedures related to regulatory inspections
- Experience working with public administration platforms and clients
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and collaborate with engineering teams
- Knowledge of technical budget preparation and follow-up
