About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all booking and travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and car rentals
- Provide prompt administrative support to team members and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Handle calls and emails from traveling team and drivers
- Maintain financial records for travelers and upload trip expenses into the system
- Greet visitors and maintain tidy reception, kitchen, and conference areas
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, and reports
- Coordinate mail flow, shipping, receiving, and shipment tracking
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- At least 2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of computers, printers, and related peripherals
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and kneeling
Preferred Qualifications
- Two-year college degree or technical school diploma
- Experience with SAP
