About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and client service support to an independent financial advisory practice
  • Prepare business correspondence, manage client materials, and coordinate with the Ameriprise home office
  • Schedule client meetings, prepare agendas, and conduct appointment reminder calls
  • Greet clients and provide exceptional hospitality to support client relationships
  • Maintain and update the client management system and document all communications
  • Perform general office tasks including filing, copying, printing, and organizing
  • Assist with client appreciation initiatives and track client milestones

Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Strong computer proficiency and professional phone skills
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, advisors, and staff
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adhere to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
