About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to an independent financial advisor franchisee to ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage client scheduling, including preparing agendas, forms, and conducting appointment reminder calls.
- Handle client communications, documentation, and hospitality upon client arrival.
- Maintain and update the client management system and track business correspondence.
- Assist with office logistics such as filing, copying, and organizing client seminars or events.
- Support the advisor by performing allowable administrative duties to allow for increased focus on client acquisition.
Requirements
- High school degree or higher.
- Strong organizational skills and direct attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers and office software.
- Effective communication skills with a polite and clear phone manner.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adhere to strict rules, regulations, and compliance guidelines.
- Must be subject to fingerprinting and a background check.
