About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Market Research & Insights
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Support departmental budgeting activities, including purchase order processing, invoice tracking, and financial system coordination
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the Vice President, facilitating communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Produce, edit, and format high-quality documents, reports, and presentations for executive decision-making
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems while handling confidential information with professional discretion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
  • Experience in calendar management and travel coordination
  • Ability to manage budgeting tasks and track invoices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Experience working within regulated environments or following established SOPs
  • Proven ability to manage confidential business and personnel information
