About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Plant and Basin Managers, operations, and maintenance teams
  • Facilitate accounts payable and purchasing, including Pcard reconciliation and supply acquisition
  • Maintain facility files, perform document control, and manage production records
  • Generate budget reports and collaborate with the accounting department to correct errors
  • Track employee training sessions, monthly safety meetings, and regulatory medical exams
  • Support shipping and receiving records, including cylinder invoicing and inventory adjustments
  • Maintain relationships with common carriers and ensure compliance with Dangerous Goods Regulations
  • Manage office equipment, supplies, and facility cleanliness

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Oracle
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal and external business contacts
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the industrial gas industry
