About the role
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining calendars, including meetings and appointments
- Coordinating communication and planning across departments and external stakeholders
- Preparing and supporting PowerPoint presentations for meetings and internal events
- Providing real-time assistance during virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams
- Handling and prioritizing emails and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality
- Tracking deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Supporting daily administrative procedures with attention to detail
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative support role
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively
- Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
