About the role

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining calendars, including meetings and appointments
  • Coordinating communication and planning across departments and external stakeholders
  • Preparing and supporting PowerPoint presentations for meetings and internal events
  • Providing real-time assistance during virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • Handling and prioritizing emails and phone calls with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Tracking deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
  • Supporting daily administrative procedures with attention to detail

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative support role
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deadlines effectively
  • Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
