About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Infectious Disease Business Unit management team, including expense reports, calendar management, and meeting setups.
  • Prepare and assemble communications, notices, agendas, and executive-level presentations using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel plans, including expense reporting and reimbursement.
  • Manage heavy calendars requiring frequent interaction with internal and external executives and assistants.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and web meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, phone handling, mail, scanning, and data entry.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business, a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of previous executive administrative support experience serving senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and maintain a professional demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or another related technical field.
