About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-desk coverage, manage phone systems, and greet guests
  • Support lawyers with email correspondence, memos, letters, and spreadsheets
  • Plan and schedule company meetings in-office and via videoconference
  • Maintain filing systems, contact databases, and office inventory
  • Oversee office supplies and manage incoming/outgoing mail
  • Process journal entries and update accounts receivable
  • Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, and financial data updates
