About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide front-desk coverage, manage phone systems, and greet guests
- Support lawyers with email correspondence, memos, letters, and spreadsheets
- Plan and schedule company meetings in-office and via videoconference
- Maintain filing systems, contact databases, and office inventory
- Oversee office supplies and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Process journal entries and update accounts receivable
- Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, and financial data updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
