About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process, format, and compile reports in PDF and hard copy formats
  • Perform grammar and syntax reviews for documents, reports, and proposals
  • Conduct data entry and maintain confidential client files
  • Assist staff with travel scheduling, scanning, photocopying, and expense reports
  • Manage general office duties including phone, mail, shipping, and supply stocking

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines
