About the role
Responsibilities
- Process, format, and compile reports in PDF and hard copy formats
- Perform grammar and syntax reviews for documents, reports, and proposals
- Conduct data entry and maintain confidential client files
- Assist staff with travel scheduling, scanning, photocopying, and expense reports
- Manage general office duties including phone, mail, shipping, and supply stocking
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines
