About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary right-hand to the Service Manager for O'METIERS
  • Oversee client orders, specific contracts, and client/supplier billing
  • Manage and validate time tracking for employees within the training organization
  • Monitor the implementation of training plans and employee medical visits
  • Ensure the reliability of management accounts for the training entity
  • Maintain administrative and regulatory compliance, including QUALIOPI certification
  • Supervise and lead a team of two people
  • Interface with various Group departments and companies to ensure procedural compliance

Requirements

  • Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree
  • Significant professional experience in managing a training organization or in professional training management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines, particularly regarding payroll and billing cycles
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
