About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical management by preparing and analyzing margin results and operational variances
  • Assist with the justification of FAE and FAR during semi-annual closings
  • Manage client billing by preparing invoices based on intervention reports and requesting purchase orders
  • Handle internal invoicing, filing, and archiving tasks
  • Manage supplier relations by reconciling purchase orders, following up on deliveries, and creating new supplier accounts
  • Control and close invoices to be received and handle supplier reminders

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or entering a BAC+2 degree in Administration, Management, or Finance (starting September 2026)
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools
  • Dynamic personality with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a curious mindset
  • Ability to work autonomously
