About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relations including account creation and order/contract entry in the ERP
  • Handle invoicing, client follow-ups, and payment tracking
  • Coordinate with internal teams and headquarters regarding administrative matters
  • Manage supplier accounts and subcontracting contracts
  • Process purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
  • Prepare and transmit financial elements to the accounting department
  • Monitor subscriptions and service contracts such as fuel and telephony

Requirements

  • Degree or professional training in accounting or management
  • Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency with ERP tools and general IT software
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset
