About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage client relations including account creation and order/contract entry in the ERP
- Handle invoicing, client follow-ups, and payment tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and headquarters regarding administrative matters
- Manage supplier accounts and subcontracting contracts
- Process purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Prepare and transmit financial elements to the accounting department
- Monitor subscriptions and service contracts such as fuel and telephony
Requirements
- Degree or professional training in accounting or management
- Minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency with ERP tools and general IT software
- Strong organizational skills, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset
