About the role
Responsibilities
- Support employees regarding contract management and process guidance
- Manage time tracking controls and provide management support
- Monitor and control ASOs and certifications for client operations
- Execute recruitment and selection, hiring, termination, and homologation processes
- Import labor documents into client portals for assigned contracts
- Provide support for mobilization in SPOT services and contracts
- Perform administrative activities within the sector scope
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree
- Experience in Recruitment & Selection and employee support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage controls, deadlines, and documentation
- Strong communication skills and responsibility with information
- Residence in Piracicaba/SP or nearby regions
