About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support employees regarding contract management and process guidance
  • Manage time tracking controls and provide management support
  • Monitor and control ASOs and certifications for client operations
  • Execute recruitment and selection, hiring, termination, and homologation processes
  • Import labor documents into client portals for assigned contracts
  • Provide support for mobilization in SPOT services and contracts
  • Perform administrative activities within the sector scope

Requirements

  • Completed higher education degree
  • Experience in Recruitment & Selection and employee support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage controls, deadlines, and documentation
  • Strong communication skills and responsibility with information
  • Residence in Piracicaba/SP or nearby regions
