About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase orders for external SET UP vendors
- Upload purchase orders and invoices into SAP, Ariba, PeopleSoft, and CPA systems
- Track invoice payments through the approval process in SAP and PeopleSoft
- Conduct weekly reviews of the New Store Calendar (IDS) to update Coordinators and external vendors
- Upload preliminary information for New Store Open Codes into the Mainframe
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Technical degree (Engineering or Administration)
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Background in Administration or Project Administration
