About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare purchase orders for external SET UP vendors
  • Upload purchase orders and invoices into SAP, Ariba, PeopleSoft, and CPA systems
  • Track invoice payments through the approval process in SAP and PeopleSoft
  • Conduct weekly reviews of the New Store Calendar (IDS) to update Coordinators and external vendors
  • Upload preliminary information for New Store Open Codes into the Mainframe

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Technical degree (Engineering or Administration)
  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Background in Administration or Project Administration
