About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide general administration assistance to the project team, including travel, procurement, logistics, and regulatory reporting
- Assist project teams with reporting requirements
- Coordinate meetings and track follow-up actions
- Maintain and update the project team training register
- Coordinate the site induction process with the site team
- Contribute to continuous process improvement within the project team
- Complete ad hoc tasks as required by the Project Manager
- Comply with all company quality, safety, and environmental procedures
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and site teams to support project delivery
- Proven ability to interface with Project Controls, HSE, Workforce Planning, and Engineering Leads
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong focus on supporting safe, efficient, and on-schedule project execution
