Administration Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day freight processing for inbound and outbound deliveries across the Queensland Intermodal network
• Lead and support the administration team to ensure timely and accurate entry of operational data
• Deliver accurate cost capture and revenue allocation to support subcontractor payments and billing
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align administrative processing with real-time network activity
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiencies
• Manage team rostering, performance, and workload to ensure service delivery standards are met

Requirements

• Proven experience leading administration teams within the transport or logistics industry
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience using Transport Management Systems (e.g., Translogics, Safire, or Wave)
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, cost capture, and reporting integrity
• Demonstrated experience in driving process improvement initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work collaboratively across rail, finance, and commercial teams
• Rail industry exposure is considered an advantage
