About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and ongoing enhancement of Operational Resiliency reporting for key business services.
- Analyze data and governance materials to identify risks, gaps, and actionable insights.
- Own and improve reporting tools, templates, and processes to drive efficiency and data quality.
- Act as a key point of contact for reporting, tracking, and governance activities across Resiliency and Outsourcing.
- Manage trackers, inventories, and documentation to ensure completeness and consistency.
- Coordinate and monitor governance actions, including follow-ups and escalation for committees.
- Support regulatory and outsourcing initiatives, including control execution and procedure updates.
- Prepare high-quality materials for governance forums, such as Risk Committees and Board reporting.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Copilot.
- Solid understanding of governance, regulatory, and control environments.
- English language proficiency at a B2/C1+ level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify process improvements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
