About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders arriving on site
- Support the employee hiring process by managing security clearances and programming access cards
- Process supplier invoices and maintain inventory for office and kitchen supplies
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Prepare meeting rooms according to executive staff requests
- Act as a Health & Safety ambassador by inspecting first aid kits and monitoring wellness rooms
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets to find efficient solutions
- Maintain and update various departmental data reports
Requirements
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and standard desktop applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to prioritize high-volume tasks under strict deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 23 kg
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Experience with ServiceNow, CCure, or similar ticket and security management software
- At least six months of experience in a related administrative position
