About the role
Responsibilities
- Download tender documents and schedules to ascertain supplyable items
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes for required goods
- Enter items into the CRM and apply special pricing based on sales representative margins
- Supply completed quotes to sales representatives and customers
- Maintain strong product knowledge regarding the goods being supplied
- Maintain professional contact with both internal and external stakeholders
- Adhere to all company security procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar capacity or strong retail sales experience
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work unsupervised, as a team player, and under pressure
- Strong ability to prioritise workload effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC
