About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO and COO
- Take ownership of office systems, processes, and day-to-day operations
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Support outreach and communications activities
- Ensure smooth financial and administrative workflows
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in high-level administrative or executive support roles
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency across office systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to work independently
