About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver front-line administration support across the organisation
- Coordinate travel bookings, expenses, and liaison with providers
- Manage fleet administration including bookings, servicing, and compliance
- Action employee requests via ServiceNow
- Provide workplace support and triage employee enquiries
- Deliver reception and front-of-house services as required
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and audit-ready data
Requirements
- Experience in a similar administration or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and clear communication skills
- A customer-first mindset with strong integrity
