Administration Officer

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administrative support to the Aviation Security Department, including meeting organization, agenda development, and stakeholder coordination
• Manage procurement processes such as requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor payments in alignment with budgetary controls
• Assist in budget preparation, financial tracking, and variance analysis to drive cost efficiency
• Oversee electronic and physical data storage systems to ensure compliance with security standards
• Serve as a primary liaison between the department and internal/external stakeholders
• Supervise and mentor administrative staff to ensure high performance and professional growth
• Facilitate the translation of critical documents and communications between English and Arabic

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
• High-level proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal)
• Working knowledge of procurement and financial systems such as Ariba or SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Office 365, and MS Teams
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, ideally within the airline industry
