About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare invoices and perform month-end reconciliations
- Respond to internal and external supplier enquiries via email
- Action email requisitions for services, consumables, disposals, and transport
- Act as a key liaison between finance and operations teams
- Manage recurring purchase orders for multiple locations
- Review and action supplier invoices to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administration role, ideally with a purchasing focus
- Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers and internal teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in JDE, Coupa, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
