About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare invoices and perform month-end reconciliations
  • Respond to internal and external supplier enquiries via email
  • Action email requisitions for services, consumables, disposals, and transport
  • Act as a key liaison between finance and operations teams
  • Manage recurring purchase orders for multiple locations
  • Review and action supplier invoices to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administration role, ideally with a purchasing focus
  • Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers and internal teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in JDE, Coupa, and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
