About the role
Responsibilities
- Process daily run sheets and supporting operational documentation accurately and within required timeframes
- Validate service data, work orders, disposal dockets, and operational records to support accurate billing
- Work closely with Operations Supervisors, Drivers, subcontractors, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy
- Assist with month-end administrative activities, reporting, and reconciliations
Requirements
- Intermediate competency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence and manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with JDE is considered beneficial
