About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process daily run sheets and supporting operational documentation accurately and within required timeframes
  • Validate service data, work orders, disposal dockets, and operational records to support accurate billing
  • Work closely with Operations Supervisors, Drivers, subcontractors, and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with month-end administrative activities, reporting, and reconciliations

Requirements

  • Intermediate competency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence and manage expectations across internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with JDE is considered beneficial
