About the role

Responsibilities

  • Enter daily truck run data into internal systems with accuracy and efficiency
  • Record and follow up on missed bin investigations
  • Liaise with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports for internal tracking and auditing
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently
