About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a central point of contact for families, handling enquiries and communications professionally.
- Coordinate enrolments for school services, including transport, meals, and extracurricular activities.
- Manage school site access by overseeing the flow of visitors, students, and suppliers.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the leadership team and wider staff.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient document management.
- Respond to incidents professionally with a strong focus on safeguarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
