About the role

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the theater's administrative functions and assigned areas as daily manager
  • Personnel management, financial monitoring, budgeting, and reporting
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the organization in collaboration with the theater manager and board
  • Follow-up on HR-related processes, including work environment and labor relations
  • Responsibility for the operation and follow-up of the theater building and property-related issues
  • Collaboration and dialogue with other public actors and relevant support schemes

Requirements

  • Relevant higher education in economics, administration, management, or equivalent
  • Experience with financial management, budgeting, and business monitoring
  • Good understanding of HR and personnel work
  • Experience from public enterprises, the cultural sector, or other knowledge- and value-based activities is an advantage
  • Good written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the cultural sector
  • Experience working within public administration
