About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the campus maintains excellent service quality for the university community
- Establish and verify compliance with all administrative processes
- Implement control measures to ensure the correct use of institutional resources
- Manage campus budget tracking to ensure compliance with established financial targets
- Support students with academic enrollment, scholarships, tuition, and payment methods
- Oversee collections and follow up on outstanding payments
- Coordinate physical plant activities, including maintenance, cleaning, and security services
- Supervise school services to ensure correct admission processes and document control
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience managing administrative processes, including purchasing and collections
- Experience in customer service and student support
- Strong financial analysis and budget management skills
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
