About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate semiconductor product shipments in accordance with customer requirements
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and purchase orders
- Track delivery schedules and provide regular updates to customers
- Maintain import/export compliance and verify import duty rates
- Resolve customer issues related to product fulfillment and billing
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Track and prepare monthly sales, purchase, and inventory reports
- Monitor and maintain product inventories
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounting and/or import/export
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural business environment
