About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate semiconductor product shipments in accordance with customer requirements
  • Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and purchase orders
  • Track delivery schedules and provide regular updates to customers
  • Maintain import/export compliance and verify import duty rates
  • Resolve customer issues related to product fulfillment and billing
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable
  • Track and prepare monthly sales, purchase, and inventory reports
  • Monitor and maintain product inventories

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in Accounting and/or import/export
  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural business environment
