Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation, innovation, and standardization of processes within Accounting, Administration, Finance, Tax, and Accounting Reporting.
  • Survey, design, build, and implement continuous improvement projects focused on operational efficiency, information quality, and management control.
  • Drive the evolution of business processes, tools, systems, and control models.
  • Work transversally across various business areas to ensure alignment and integration.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of experience in accounting processes within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading process improvement initiatives or system implementations.
  • Solid knowledge of end-to-end administrative and financial processes.
