About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites
- Manage inbound calls and develop positive relationships with stakeholders
- Process purchase orders, handle invoicing queries, and process BPay payments
- Reconcile, report, and audit asset management as required
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure compliance with company policies and finance timelines
Requirements
- Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- First-class customer service skills and ability to manage a fast-moving caseload
- A positive, team-focused attitude
