About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites
  • Manage inbound calls and develop positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Process purchase orders, handle invoicing queries, and process BPay payments
  • Reconcile, report, and audit asset management as required
  • Maintain accurate data records and ensure compliance with company policies and finance timelines

Requirements

  • Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • First-class customer service skills and ability to manage a fast-moving caseload
