About the role
Responsibilities
- Process income and expenses and answer coding questions for the bookkeeping team
- Enter gift and donor details into the Little Green Light management system
- Generate monthly gift reports
- Forward invoices and bills to appropriate locations for payment
- Code credit card transactions and respond to expense coding queries
- Process student reimbursements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Background in organizational coordination
- Proficiency with computers and cloud-based systems
- Experience in financial administration is ideal
