Responsibilities
- Manage creditors, debtors, banking, and reconciling tasks
- Prepare and complete end of month accounts
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely service
- Liaise with customers and support general retail operations
Requirements
- Experience in bookkeeping, creditors, debtors, and banking
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
