About the role
Responsibilities
- Support retail operations and purchasing processes within the Port Hedland team
- Manage administrative tasks including filing, creditors, debtors, and banking reconciliations
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with resolving customer complaints
- Liaise with customers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and handle ad-hoc administrative requests
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven experience in filing, creditors, debtors, and banking processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and a "can do" attitude
- Flexibility to work retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights
