Responsibilities
- Act as a weekend Receptionist and Banking Clerk for the Waurn Ponds Administration Team
- Handle purchasing processes and general retail operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Perform efficient cash handling and banking duties
Requirements
- Passion for the retail industry
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proven experience in money handling
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
- POS experience is highly desirable
