About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Investment Advisors (IAs) and branch operations through day-to-day administration and exceptional client service.
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including social media initiatives, client recognition, and event planning.
  • Schedule and prepare client portfolio reviews, including setting up calls and meetings.
  • Manage client inquiries, account maintenance, new account setups, transfers, and fund remittances.
  • Execute client-initiated trades and provide requested stock information.
  • Maintain and organize client databases, files, and regulatory documentation.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing assets to notify IAs of required portfolio rebalancing.
  • Ensure compliance with all risk management, legal, and ethical requirements to safeguard client assets.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members on technology, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of investment processes, procedures, and trade processing rules.
  • Strong understanding of administrative procedures and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to meet all licensing and certification requirements for the specific jurisdiction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Insurance and group products.
  • Knowledge of Trust and Estate services.
  • Knowledge of Financial and Retirement planning.
