About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming reception for all visitors, ensuring safeguarding and sign-in procedures are followed
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring messages are passed on accurately and promptly
- Support day-to-day administration including filing, data entry, diary management, and document preparation
- Manage incoming deliveries and maintain stock levels for stationery and office supplies
- Assist with travel and accommodation bookings following internal processes
- Support internal communications and events, including newsletters and marketing activities
- Work closely with the wider admin and Senior Leadership Team to ensure a smooth service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a reception or administration role
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Minimum Level 2 in English and Maths
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A discreet and reliable approach with an understanding of confidentiality
- Experience working with young people or vulnerable adults is desirable
