About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the warehouse operation and management team
  • Manage day-to-day activities including payroll, consumables, and customer care
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams
  • Resolve customer and operational queries professionally
  • Produce accurate KPI reports, monthly reports, and operational data
  • Maintain and submit financial information within required timescales
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience in an office environment (warehousing, transport, logistics, or finance preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility regarding work patterns to support operational requirements
