About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse operation and management team
- Manage day-to-day activities including payroll, consumables, and customer care
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams
- Resolve customer and operational queries professionally
- Produce accurate KPI reports, monthly reports, and operational data
- Maintain and submit financial information within required timescales
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency
Requirements
- Previous administration experience in an office environment (warehousing, transport, logistics, or finance preferred)
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility regarding work patterns to support operational requirements
