About the role
Responsibilities
- Pre-register samples for customers and maintain accurate data using Excel
- Arrange sample collections and bottle deliveries to support logistics
- Scan and file documents to ensure organized record-keeping
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, referring to appropriate departments when necessary
- Review and report anomalies to customers to ensure service quality
- Assist with the reporting of results and the raising of credit notes or manual invoices
- Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service department
Requirements
- Proven office administrative experience, ideally within a commercial organization
- Proficiency with MS Office and various IT systems
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment with meticulous attention to detail
