About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support and professional customer service
- Assist with raising purchase orders and ensuring correct approval processes
- Process invoices accurately, including data entry and matching to purchase orders
- Enter invoice and payment information into finance systems with high accuracy
- Set up, maintain, and update customer and supplier accounts
- Complete data entry tasks and ensure records are well organised and up to date
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounts support role
- Experience with invoicing and purchase orders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
