About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Administration Manager with tasks including creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Manage payroll, cash books, and monthly reporting
- Support general retail operations and purchasing processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Lead, coach, and motivate an enthusiastic team environment
- Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience with creditors, debtors, and banking reconciliation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
- A "can-do" attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision
