Responsibilities

• Assist the Administration Manager with tasks including creditors, debtors, and banking reconciliation
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash books, and monthly reporting
• Support general retail operations and purchasing processes
• Lead, coach, and motivate an enthusiastic team environment
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with creditors, debtors, and banking reconciliation
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
• A motivated "can-do" attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision
