About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Administration Manager with creditors, debtors, and banking reconciliation
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Handle cash books and assist with monthly reporting
- Support general retail operations and provide exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure service quality
- Lead, coach, and motivate an enthusiastic team environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable processes
- Strong retail operations experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and a high attention to detail
