Responsibilities
- Assist the Administration Manager with financial tasks including creditors, debtors, and cash books
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking reconciliation
- Handle payroll and assist with monthly reporting
- Support general retail operations and purchasing processes
- Resolve customer complaints and make quick decisions to ensure high service standards
- Lead, coach, and motivate an enthusiastic team environment
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking reconciliation, and payroll
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and work with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
