About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the invoicing process
- Receive and process purchase orders
- Maintain and process time registrations for NDO colleagues
- Link work to created purchase orders
- Client contact regarding costs and PO requests
- General administration and data entry in various systems
Requirements
- Experience within the technical or industrial sector is required
- Familiarity with technical abbreviations
- Experience within NDO is a plus
- Good command of the Dutch language
