About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the invoicing process
  • Receive and process purchase orders
  • Maintain and process time registrations for NDO colleagues
  • Link work to created purchase orders
  • Client contact regarding costs and PO requests
  • General administration and data entry in various systems

Requirements

  • Experience within the technical or industrial sector is required
  • Familiarity with technical abbreviations
  • Experience within NDO is a plus
  • Good command of the Dutch language
