About the role

Responsibilities

  • Administer Horizon and Workspace ONE platforms
  • Manage VDI clients as well as iOS and Android smartphones
  • Oversee application distribution
  • Handle level 3 incidents and technical issues
  • Perform fleet audits regarding evolution and usage rates
  • Maintain technological watch and ensure platform/client evolution
  • Actively participate in team projects

Requirements

  • CFC d'Informaticien or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of confirmed experience in virtualization (VMware Horizon)
  • Knowledge of MDM platform administration and usage
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different technologies
  • Strong organizational skills and stress management
