Administrador de Mercados

Responsibilities

• Execute the commercial plan by providing advisory services to the distributor network.
• Negotiate and advise clients on profit margins, ROI, market segmentation, and pricing.
• Analyze commercial information to generate reports using Salesforce.
• Coordinate with the marketing department regarding signage programs, shared advertising, and mass events.
• Manage and follow up on client portfolios.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Titulado).
• 3 years of commercial experience, preferably in construction, tools, heaters, hardware, or paint sectors.
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work within the state of Morelos.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of Cement and Mortar.
• Experience using Salesforce.
