Administrador de Inventarios Jr

Responsibilities

• Supervise storage processes, material dispatch, and equipment organization.
• Manage inventory value and warehouse budget to ensure timely supply for operational areas.
• Perform cyclic inventory counts for both standard and consignment stock.
• Reconcile monthly consignments with suppliers.
• Handle the reception, arrangement, and dispatch of merchandise.
• Manage MRP within SAP and plan lot sizes and reorder points with the maintenance department.
• Participate in annual inventory audits for internal and external auditors.
• Support continuous improvement projects, including 5S implementation and ISO 9000/14000 audits.
• Capture and manage outgoing material vouchers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Proficiency in SAP (specifically MRP processes).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and 5S.
• Experience managing the entry and exit of goods.
